⚠️ Delivery Only · Full Days Only. We deliver and pick up — no customer visits to our private yard. No partial days or hourly options. Customer is responsible for refilling diesel after use.
Step 2 of 3 — Rental Agreement

Arch Rental Solutions LLC — Rental Agreement

  • Full-Day Rentals Only. All rentals are booked by the full day. No hourly options. No hour cap — use it all day.
  • Delivery Only. Equipment is delivered and retrieved by Arch Rental Solutions. Customers may not visit or transport equipment from our private yard without prior written authorization.
  • No Unauthorized Transport. Customer is strictly prohibited from transporting rented equipment without prior written authorization from Arch Rental Solutions LLC.
  • Diesel Refill Required. Customer is responsible for refilling diesel to the level received. Failure to refill will result in additional charges billed to the card on file.
  • Full Liability. Customer assumes full liability for any and all damage to the rented equipment, property, and injury to persons occurring during the rental period.
  • Damage Charges. A card on file is required. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the card on file at cost of repair or replacement.
  • $50 Hold Deposit. A non-refundable $50 hold deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is applied toward your rental total.
  • Payment Due Upfront. Full rental payment is required prior to delivery of equipment.
  • Cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery forfeit the $50 deposit.
📋 E-Sign Note (Presentation): In production, this will route through DocuSign or HelloSign with a legally binding timestamp. For this demo, your typed name and checkbox serve as your agreement.
